From brief to launch

Discovery Call
A 30–60 minute call to understand your goals, constraints and timeline.
Proposal & Quote
Fixed-scope proposal with deliverables, milestones and total cost within 2 business days.
Design & Build
Weekly demos, milestone invoicing via Stripe, code delivered to your repository.
Launch & Support
Production deployment, handover documentation, optional ongoing support.
// 04 · Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund policy
We aim to be fair and explicit about how billing, cancellations and refunds work.
Consultation calls
Consultation fees are fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable, but we will gladly offer one free reschedule within 30 days.
Custom development (project work)
Once development work has commenced, payments for completed and in-progress work are non-refundable. This is standard practice for custom engineering services. Specifically:
· Deposits and milestone payments cover work already performed and reserved engineering time, and are non-refundable once work has started.
· Pre-paid balances for work not yet started may be refunded in full upon written request.
· If a milestone has not been delivered as agreed, we will either complete the work, revise the scope, or refund the unearned portion of that milestone.
Chargebacks & disputes
Before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer, please contact us at billing@rft.llc — we resolve nearly all billing issues within 5 business days.
How to request a refund
Send an email to billing@rft.llc from the address used at purchase, including the Stripe receipt number. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
